Policies

As of 7/9/23 USPS has merged First Class & Parcel Select Ground into the new Ground Advantage service. This new USPS service includes $100 worth of insurance just like UPS!
 
Which means...
Your order will be eligible for refund or replacement if the package is deemed lost or damaged by the shipping provider chosen.
 
We inspect & record all orders we send.
 
I am not USPS or UPS. Once I mail your order it is literally out of my hands.

Items are laser cut (potentially hand-painted) and assembled by hand. Slight variations and imperfections may occur.

Colors may differ in real life depending on the screen settings of your device. The majority of our photos are taken in natural light with minimal editing. 

No. This is due to the made to order nature of our products as well as hygiene & sanitation concerns. 

We are unable to cancel orders after they are placed. If you made a mistake while ordering please contact us ASAP so we can make the change on our end i.e. incorrect address, wrong quanity/ variant, general order notes.

Processing

We offer minor customizations free of charge!

i.e. changing findings (hoops hooks keyrings ect) or if you'd like to mix & match variants of the same design.

You can leave a note during checkout or reply to your order confirmation & we will make a note on your order!

Our current processing time is posted in the announcement bar & shipping time depends on the shipping provider you choose at checkout.

During checkout you will see an estimated delivery date.

Reminder: Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. 

Sure! If your previous order has not shipped you can place a new order using discount code: COMBINE at checkout for free shipping.
 
Using the code denotes all open orders will be shipped in the same box. 
 
We reserve the right to cancel any orders misusing the code.

Shipping

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped it is quite literally out of our hands and is therefore out of our control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays kindly contact the delivery service directly so they can best serve you.

Delivery time after shipping will vary by region and may still be impacted due to labor shortages or other factors such as extreme weather. We are not responsible for any carrier delays or if the incorrect address was provided.

TLDR
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
We do not refund lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. It is the customers responsibility to contact their postal carrier. Please consider adding postal insurance.
 
Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees ect are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. We are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
 
Regulations and Restrictions:
By placing an international order you are responsible for abiding by your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized/ destroyed by customs, we are NOT responsible for losses, product, or shipping refunds.
 
We do not mark packages as a gift.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations. Falsifying amounts paid or the contents of the package on customs forms could lead to hefty fines for our small business.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can determine next steps.
 
Sometimes packages get jostled due to rough transport & earrings can come apart. We promise they aren't sent that way! In many instances, the item can be repaired easily on your own and we can send a video tutorial.
