Policies

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders after they are placed. If you made a mistake while ordering please contact us ASAP so we can make the change on our end i.e. incorrect address, wrong quanity/ variant, general order notes.

No. This is due to the made to order nature of our products as well as personal hygiene concerns. We intend to exercise an abundance of caution surrounding COVID-19 to ensure everyone’s safety. 

Items are laser cut (potentially hand-painted) and assembled by hand in our studio. Slight variations and potential imperfections may occur.

Colors may differ in real life depending on the screen settings of your device. The majority of our photos are taken in natural light with minimal editing.

 

If you think your package will need extra protection…
 
Choose USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method. Not only is it faster, it automatically comes with insurance! This means your order will be eligible for refund or replacement if the package is deemed lost or damaged by USPS.
 
If you choose a shipping service with no insurance - your package is NOT eligible for a refund or replacement.
 
There will be NO refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered but reported not received.
 
I am not USPS. Once I mail your order it is literally out of my hands. 
 
This is a small business of one. I am unable to allocate the extra labor, time, materials, shipping costs, & stress to remake uninsured orders for free. & definitely cannot refund out of pocket. 
 
Unlike Amazon, Walmart, Target ect I cannot afford to absorb these losses.

Processing

We offer minor customisations free of charge i.e. changing findings (hoops hooks ect) or mixing variants of the same item. Kindly respond back to your order confirmation & we will make a note on your order!

Shipping

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped it is quite literally out of our hands and is therefore out of our control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays kindly contact the delivery service directly so they can best serve you.

There will be NO refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered but reported not received.

Delivery time after shipping will vary by region and may still be impacted due to COVID-19 labor shortages or other factors such as extreme weather. We are not responsible for any carrier delays or if the incorrect address was provided.
