Policies

We inspect & record all orders we send.
 
We are not responsible for carrier delays or if an incorrect/ incomplete address is provided. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any returned packages may be subject to addtional reshipment fees.
 
We are not USPS or UPS. Once we mail your order it is literally out of our hands. 
 
Your order will only be eligible for refund or replacement if the package is deemed lost or damaged by the shipping provider.

Items are machine cut, (potentially) hand-painted, & assembled by hand. Slight variations and imperfections may occur. Colors may differ in real life depending on lighting and/or the screen settings of your device. 

Since processing starts immediately we are unable to cancel orders. If you made a mistake while ordering please email us ASAP & we will try to make the change before your order goes out. We cannot guarantee changes especially with ready to ship orders.

Due to the custom made to order nature of our products & sanitary concerns we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. 

Processing

We offer minor customizations free of charge!

i.e. changing findings (hoops hooks keyrings ect) or if you'd like to mix & match variants of the same design.

Leave a note during checkout or reply to your order confirmation ASAP & we will try to make the change before the order goes out. We cannot guarantee changes especially with ready to ship orders.

For all other custom requests please email us prior to ordering.

Processing time + shipping time = estimated delivery date!

Our current processing time is posted in the announcement bar & shipping time depends on the shipping provider chosen at checkout.

If you've already ordered your confirmation email contains the processing time at the time of purchase. 

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. 

We are only able to consider bulk orders of at least 50 custom claw clips. Please be advised the manufacturing process takes a few months. 
 
If you're interested in commisioning a single clip we recommend a barrette style since producing a single claw clip would be cost prohibitive for both of us. 
 

Shipping

We know waiting stinks! Sometimes USPS misses scans which can lead to packages being stuck in "pre-transit" until delivery. If you received a shipping confirmation email rest assured your order is on it's way and will arrive soon!

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped it is out of our control. Any inquiries regarding delivery delays/issues should be directed at the shipping provider so they can best serve you.

TLDR
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
We do not refund lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned packages will be subject to addtional charges to reship. It is the customers responsibility to contact the shipping provider. Please consider adding postal insurance.
 
Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees ect are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. We are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
 
Regulations and Restrictions:
By placing an international order you are responsible for abiding by your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. We do not assume any responsibility if a product is seized/ destroyed by customs.
Please email us a a photo of the damage within 72 hours of delivery so we can determine next steps.
 
Sometimes packages get jostled due to rough transport & earrings can come apart. We promise they aren't sent that way! In many instances, the item can be repaired easily on your own and we can send a video tutorial.
