Shipping time is solely dependent on the carrier you choose at checkout. We are not responsible for any carrier delays or if the incorrect address is provided. There will be NO refunds or replacements for uninsured packages marked delivered but reported not received. If you think your package will need extra protection we suggest choosing a shipping option with insurance such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
We do not accept returns or exchanges nor do we offer refunds. This is due to the made to order nature of our products as well as hygiene & sanitation concerns.
